This email address doesn’t exist

Flashbird can’t send you emails — including anti-theft alerts — because this mailbox doesn’t exist.

1. Check the address for typos, extra spaces, or a closed account with your email provider.
2. Change it in the app: My account → Profile.
3. Once the address is updated, Flashbird emails will go to the new one. Nothing to unblock on our side.

Anti-theft alerts still arrive as notifications in the Flashbird app.
