The app is simple and everything is reliable. Pegase used to work without a subscription, but Flashbird offers more — and let’s be honest, a SIM card, servers, developers — it all costs money, so I’m fine with the subscription.
The big difference with competitors is that YOU know where your bike is.
Others say: “We know, we won’t tell you, and we’ll alert the authorities. But then… nothing.”
When you call the police and tell them you know where the bike is and are tracking it in real time, it really gets them moving.

We answer your questions
To get an approximate AirTag location, an iPhone must pass nearby (10 m indoors), which usually prevents recovering the vehicle, for two major reasons:
- When the bike is moving right after the theft, location updates at best once a minute, which makes tracking and interception by law enforcement impossible.
- Once the bike is hidden in an underground car park (90% of thefts), the last location will be the last iPhone that passed nearby (often kilometres away). Recovering the vehicle is therefore impossible.
Flashbird Ultra installs quickly on 9V–90V wired vehicles via a direct connection to the vehicle power supply.
Flashbird Ultra is compatible with wired vehicles powered from 9V to 90V.
Flashbird uses very little energy (under 5 mA) and has smart logic that monitors your vehicle battery level. If the vehicle is parked for a long time, Flashbird stops drawing from the battery and automatically switches to its internal battery so you can always start your vehicle.

How to choose a GPS tracker?
GPS trackers (sometimes referred to as "GPS tags") are products designed to geolocate and track motorbikes, scooters, buggies, or ATVs equipped with 12V batteries in real time.
Their accuracy is measured in "number of positions sent per second". As a result, Pegase and Flashbird are the most accurate on the market, sending up to 4 points per second.
The autonomy of GPS trackers varies according to their internal battery and the use (or not) of the vehicle battery. Pegase and Flashbird are connected to a vehicle's battery, so they are being constantly recharged as soon as the engine is running, which gives them unlimited autonomy, as long as you drive at least twice a month.
